Things change. Write a new review each time you have a different buying or service experience to give valuable up-to-date feedback to businesses and consumers alike.
Maybe you're a regular customer with a company that improved their customer service, and you want to let them know that you appreciate their effort. Share your experience to let the business know that they're on the right track.
On the other hand, if you've recently had a negative experience with your favorite company, write a new and constructive review to give them your feedback. Most companies welcome your comments and see them as a valuable tool they can use to improve their services.
We recommend updating your original review if you want to add more information about a particular experience. Here’s a step-by-step guide to editing your review.
How do I write multiple reviews?
Easily. Seriously. It's easy. Just write a new review after each buying or service experience.
To prevent people from spamming, you can only review a business once every 24 hours, unless they've invited you to review them multiple times.
How are multiple reviews displayed?
Your latest review appears first, followed by the company's reply. All your previous reviews appear beneath this review.
Trustpilot only factors in your most recent review when calculating the company's TrustScore.
Misuse of the multiple reviews feature
It's fine to write more than one review of a business if you've had more than one experience with them. However, there's some behavior that we consider to be misuse of the multiple reviews feature, for example:
- Posting an excessive number of similar reviews about a business
- Posting and then deleting numerous reviews of a business
If someone misuses our platform in this way, we can take further action such as issuing a warning or blocking user account access.
As a reminder, we encourage you to edit an existing review if you want to add more information about a particular experience.
